NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the Department of Purchasing, Cuyahoga County Administrative Headquarters, 2079 East Ninth Street, Second Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 until 2:00 PM (Local Time), on Thursday, May 26, 2022 for:  Cuyahoga County Men’s Shelter Expansion (RQ# 9555) per bid documents, drawings and specifications, prepared by the Consultant Team of Robert P. Madison International, Inc., County Requisition No. 9555.  ESTIMATE:  $3,954,003.00.

The official closing time shall be determined by the wall clock located in the Department of Purchasing, Cuyahoga County Administrative Headquarters.

Prospective Bidders MUST visit the project site.  A Site Visit will be held immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference or scheduled by contacting the Owner’s Representative, Susan Milligan, at (216) 348-3841 or [email protected], you MUST leave your NAME, COMPANY NAME and PHONE NUMBER when calling or emailing.  An additional scheduled Site Visit will be occur on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 10:00AM EST.

Deadline to schedule any other Site Visits is Thursday, May 19, 2022.
