Speaker:  Ryan Koscho is the Assistant Area Director for the OSHA Cleveland Area Office. He works with employers, workers, and industry stakeholders throughout Northeast Ohio to advance workplace safety and health initiatives. Ryan brings extensive experience in OSHA enforcement, compliance assistance, and outreach programs. During this session, he will provide updates on OSHA priorities, emphasis programs, and key regulatory developments impacting employers. . 

Topic: This OSHA Update will provide an overview of current staffing changes and developments within the OSHA Cleveland Area Office that may impact outreach, compliance assistance, and enforcement activities. We will review both local and national OSHA emphasis programs and initiatives, highlighting key inspection priorities and areas of increased regulatory focus. The presentation will also cover recent construction industry trends, hazards, and emerging issues affecting employers and workers throughout the region. Attendees will receive an update on significant OSHA regulatory developments, policy changes, and enforcement actions that could affect workplace compliance obligations. Together, these topics will help safety professionals and industry leaders stay informed of OSHA's priorities and better prepare their organizations for evolving workplace safety and health expectations.
