What would you do if...A coworker repeatedly talks over you in meetings? You receive conflicting direction from two people above you? A peer isn’t pulling their weight and it’s affecting your work?
Through practical guidance, real-world scenarios and candid conversation, attendees will explore how to approach conflict confidently and productively.
