This course will identify key roles and techniques to improve a meeting’s effectiveness. You will also examine how to tactfully work with difficult meeting participants. The course concludes with an interactive opportunity to practice a virtual meeting using online tools.

Jennifer Comella is a Learning & Organizational Development Manager with over twelve years of experience in various industries. Her primary focus is on talent development, organizational culture, and global change. Jen has a passion for designing and delivering information. Throughout her career in talent development, she has built numerous in-house training centers of excellence and has experience designing curriculum enterprise-wide, both online and in person. She has also played a key role in shaping the culture of many organizations by helping to design, communicate, and foster the adoption of vision, mission, and core value statements.
