Change is inevitable but how we react to change is within our control. This course identifies how people naturally move through change and how to recognize resistance in yourself and others.
As a leader, it is important to recognize the difficulty others face when it comes to change.
This course combines discussing and practicing techniques to coach others during the change process to reduce fear and increase buy-in among your employees.
This course includes practical scenarios that allow you to role play real life change champion situations that leaders commonly face.
