What does your company do?

We are State Licensed, Union, Plumbing Contractors. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Plumbing Service, minor Commercial Plumbing Remodels, and Commercial Renovations. We provide Drain Clearing, Draining Clearing, and Sewer Camera Inspections.

What is your favorite part of your job and why?

My favorite part of my job is solving problems for our customers during Service Calls and small projects. I love the feeling of bringing relief to those in stressful and puzzling situations.

What has been the key to your company's success?

Hard work, planning, skill, experience, relationships, and reliance on our God Jehovah.

What important changes/initiatives are you working on right now?

Working on continuing to build better clientele and adding to our team.

How does your company find and retain talent?

We utilize our relationships with Local 55 contractors and our Union Hall. We retain talent by treating our workers better than we want to be treated. As an experienced, State Licensed, Master Plumber, our owner knows what it is like to be a Plumber in the field and is reasonable and understanding with expectations from our employees.

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career in construction?

Be humble, stay hungry, soak up all you can, and put safety first.

What CEA initiatives have you been involved in?

We were participants in the 2021 Shark Tank event, and both UCI/CEA/CAA Exchange Events.
