CITY OF ROCKY RIVER - ROCKY RIVER, OHIO BRADSTREET’S LANDING WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 2

Sealed bids for Bradstreet’s Landing Waterfront Improvements, Phase 2 will be received by the City of Rocky River until 12:00 noon on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 21012 Hilliard Blvd. in said City. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud.  A virtual prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at 10:00 AM EST on February 23, 2023.  A link will be provided to access the meeting via the ARC Plan Room site listed below. 

Plans, specifications, bid forms, and contract documents may be examined and purchased beginning February 15, 2023 at https://order.e-arc.com/arcEOC/ARCPlanRoom.aspx. The bidder is responsible for all printing and delivery fees.
