Belle Oaks Marketplace

This proposed Development Summary outlines the redevelopment plans for the entire 69.2 acres comprising the existing Richmond Town Square Mall in Richmond Heights, Ohio.

The site, Belle Oaks Marketplace, is located in a uniquely amenity-rich suburban retail setting.  New residents to the Belle Oaks development will experience Class-A living accommodations within a walkable, live-work-play environment that is supported by best-in-class local retailers, restaurants and daily-needs services.

The project to expected to top a massive 1,617,800 square feet.  Belle Oaks Marketplace will be the pre-eminent mixed-use multi-family community in the region.  It will be designed to be a pedestrian-friendly environment with a walkable street grid. Once fully envisioned, the project will consist of 791 apartment units with approximately 315,000 square feet of retail, including a completely renovated Regal’s 20-screen theater complex.
