Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter Multi-Purpose Room Addition
The Bid Package, which includes the Proposal Package, the Cuyahoga County Engineer Specification Booklet, the Plans and the Standard Construction Drawings on a CD, may be obtained at the Cuyahoga County Office of Procurement & Diversity for a non-refundable fee of $25.00, paid in advance. Payment shall be made by a certified check or money order drawn on some solvent account, payable to the "Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio". Personal checks or cash will not be accepted.
Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter Multi-Purpose Room Addition bids will be received in the Department of Purchasing, Cuyahoga County Administrative Headquarters, 2079 East Ninth Street, Second Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 until 2:00 PM (Local Time), on Monday, June 26, 2023, for: Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter Multi-Purpose Room Addition per bid documents, drawings and specifications, prepared by the Consultant team of Richard L. Bowen & Associates, Inc.
The official closing time shall be determined by the wall clock located in the Department of Purchasing, Cuyahoga County Administrative Headquarters, 2079 E. 9th Street, Second Floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 (Late bids will be returned unopened).
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the Project Site, in the Break Room of the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter, located at 9500 Sweet Valley Drive, Valley View, Ohio 44125. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT INTERESTED BIDDERS ATTEND. Bid documents will not be made available at the conference.
Prospective Bidders MUST visit the project site.
