The Board of Trustees approved a 10-year master plan entitled Gateway to a Distinctive Kent State on March 7, 2018. As part of its transformational strategy, the Kent Gateway Plan proposes to create a signature gateway entrance to the Kent campus that would include the construction of a new home for the College of Business Administration.

The new College of Business Administration Building will be a 150,000 square foot, state-of-the-art building to support innovative instruction and research in the College of Business Administration. The new building will be located between Main Street and Terrace Drive on the current site of Terrace Hall and will serve as the catalyst for the complete transformation of this area of campus.

While the design of the new building is nearly complete the CMR will be on-boarded and begin to assist the design team with scope revisions to better align with the project budget.
