Marous Brothers Construction is the general contractor and invites you to bid on the new construction project, Woodhill Station West – Phase I; a new 5 story, 120 mixed income apartment unit, 137,430 GSF building. The project is being developed by The Community Builders (TCB) in partnership with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). Attached you will find the Notice to Bid and the document matrix for the project.
This project is taxable, has Contractual and Workforce Compliance requirements, and wages are to be paid in accordance with the applicable Davis-Bacon wage decision.

The current anticipated project schedule is as follows:
- HUD Financial Closing: November/December 2021
- Mobilization: January/February 2022
- Project Duration: 18 months from commencement
